pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs. add pumpkin, and slowly add butter (make sure it is not too hot, so it doesn't cook the eggs)
Slowly add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
Spoon into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
**These are wonderful muffins, but they are truly amazing with some cream cheese frosting on them!**
