Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
flour
2 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking soda
1 Tbsp
pumpkin pie spices
1/2 tsp
salt
2
eggs, slightly beaten
1 c
canned pumpkin
1/4 c
vegetable oil
2 c
peeled, cored and finely chopped Granny Smith apples (about 2 large apples)

TOPPING

1/4 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
flour
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
4 tsp
margarine

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with paper liners.
2In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
3In medium bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, oil and apples.
4Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture, stir just to moistened.
5Spoon batter into lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
6TOPPING:
In small bowl, combine topping ingredients, mixing with fork until blended.
7Sprinkle evenly over muffins.
8Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes or until done.
