Ingredients For pear and pecan muffins

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspcinnamon, ground

1/2 tspsalt

3/4 ccanola oil
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, light

1 lgegg
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

1 mdpear, peeled and diced

1/2 cpecans, chopped
How To Make pear and pecan muffins

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.

3Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.

4Stir together oil, sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

5Stir in egg and vanilla, mixing well. Add flour mixture and mix just until combined. Stir in pears and pecans.

6Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
