You can use all chocolate chips or an alternative of mashed banana, or you could adjust amounts and use both.

Ingredients

300 g
plain flour
200 g
soft brown sugar
15 g
baking powder
100 g
sunflower oil
Handful
chocolate chips
2
free range eggs
100 g
peanut butter

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 190c

2Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into large bowl, stir in chocolate chips

3Mix Peanut butter peanut butter, milk, oil and eggs together.

4Divide the mixture between the 12 muffin cases (I found 2 Dessertspoons per case is about right).

5Bake for about 20 minutes, until risen, firm and golden.
Remove from oven and cool.
