You can use all chocolate chips or an alternative of mashed banana, or you could adjust amounts and use both.

Ingredients

300 g
plain flour
200 g
soft brown sugar
15 g
baking powder
100 g
sunflower oil
Handful
chocolate chips

free range eggs
100 g
peanut butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 190c

Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into large bowl, stir in chocolate chips

Mix Peanut butter peanut butter, milk, oil and eggs together.

Divide the mixture between the 12 muffin cases (I found 2 Dessertspoons per case is about right).

Bake for about 20 minutes, until risen, firm and golden.
Remove from oven and cool.
