We perfer the cornmeal over the flour in most recipes for this.A real moist comfort food. Freezes well.

yellow cornmeal

14 oz cream of corn
1 Tbsp
oil

sour cream

jalapenos [chopped w/juice from can]

Prepare muffin pan. Grease with crisco.
