    all-purpose flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1
    (14 oz.) can sliced peaches, chopped (reserve 2-3 tbsp. juice)
  • 1 c
    fresh strawberries, chopped
  • PEACH GLAZE
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    reserved peach juice

How To Make glazed strawberry peach muffins

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare two 12-cup muffin tins with cooking spray. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl. Whisk the sour cream, milk, eggs and vanilla together in a separate bowl.

    Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir gently to combine. Add the melted butter and stir well. Fold in peaches and strawberries.

    Fill each muffin cup ¾ full. Bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Let cool in pan 5 minutes, then remove to wire rack. Shortly before serving, top with glaze.
