How To Make double chocolate chunk protein muffins

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a standard size muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.

2Mix the flour, oats, pudding mix, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and eggs until the batter is well combined.

3Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop into muffin tin (an ice cream scoop makes this easy) and bake for 20 minutes.
