  • 1/2 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 1
    3.9 ounce package dry chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/3 c
    protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350. Spray a standard size muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.

    Mix the flour, oats, pudding mix, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and eggs until the batter is well combined.
