I made these with the first chives from my very own garden! Just call me Farmer Marina! :-)
1Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
2Combine egg and remaining 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
3Spoon batter into a lightly greased muffin pan, filling two-thirds full.
4Bake at 400 for 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
5Remove from pan immediately.
