1/2 craisins

1 1/3 cflour

2/3 catta

1/3 cblack currant crush (or grape crush)

1/2 csugar

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make black currant - raisin whole wheat muffins

1Place all the ingredients except the raisins and black currant crush in a food processor jar fitted with the dough blade. Run the food processor for 2 minutes until the ingredients form a dough.

2Place the muffin moulds (butter paper) in the muffin pan.

3Blend the raisins into the batter. Add the grape crush and mix lightly. Pour spoonfuls of the batter into the muffin moulds. Bake in a hot oven (400 F) for 15 minutes.
