Ingredients

1/2 c
softened butter
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
3-4
ripened bananas
1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
2
eggs
1 c
chopped walnuts

Step-By-Step

1In large bowl, blend together butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs and banana

2In separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg,and cinnamon

3Blend dry ingredients into first mixture. Add walnuts.

4Fill paper muffin cups with batter and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.

5I like to put a whole walnut on top before I bake them, "just for looks"
