all purpose flour
In large bowl, blend together butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs and banana
In separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg,and cinnamon
Blend dry ingredients into first mixture. Add walnuts.
Fill paper muffin cups with batter and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
I like to put a whole walnut on top before I bake them, "just for looks"
