Banana Dark Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffins

I had so many bananas going bad all the time that I found a recipe the boys would like.You know you have a good recipe when your teenage boys know you need 3 bananas to make muffins and stop eating them so there are 3 left at all times..

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
cinnamon
shake
pumpkin pie spice
3
ripe bananas
1/4 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
white sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1
egg
1/3 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
dark chocolate chips

CRUMB TOPPING

1/3 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
flour
1/8 tsp
cinnamin
1 Tbsp
butter softened

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 375. put 12 muffin wrappers in muffin pan. in one bowl mix flour , baking soda and powder, salt cinnamon,and pumpkin pie spice

2in another bowl add mashed bananas, vegetable oil, brown and white sugars,vanilla, and egg

3mix the topping ingredients in another bowl. I always let my butter sit out to get soft before I make these muffins. I just use my fingers to mix it all together.

4Add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just mixed. add chocolate chips. stir them together and put in muffin pan. Sprinkle topping and bake for 18-20 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean..
