Debi's notes for this recipe:
This is one fabulous pancake recipe. My family and I love to travel to Austin TX to get these already made up when we can. But since we live far away I was able to get the recipe from the resturant =) I love to fix these for any quess I have for breakfast they are always loved by all and the sauce and syups as well. Those recipes I will post as well. Hope you will enjoy them as well.

In bowl add ginger, coffee, cinnamon, eggs, brn sugar, buttermilk, water, nutmeg, cloves, flour mix well.
Then add the last three ingredients...margarine or butter, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well. Then make your pancakes on griddle or skillet
Add butter and hot maple syrup or powder sugar and butter...OR see my recipes for Maple and Orange Marmalade syrup and Lemon Sauce which also go well on these pancakes =)
These also go well with plain buttermilk pancakes one of each on a plate
