This is my mother recipe, every saturday morning, my mother would cook home made pancakes for us with warm maple syrup and lot of butter, it couldn't wait to eat them, my mother passed this recipe down to me and my sister, your family will love them.
Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil. slowly stir into dry ingredients. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased skillet. Turn pancakes when top bubble up,and edges are browned. Serve with warm syrup.
