1 call-purpose flour or unbleached all-purpose flour

1 crice flour

1/4 cstevia powder or to taste

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 pinchsalt

3ripe bananas, mashed
-
3/4 cunsweetened almond milk

1/4 cvegetable oil
-
1 lgegg
-
3/4 cpine nuts (optional)*

1/4 cflax seeds (optional), grind right before using

*if using nuts, i would use walnuts
How To Make sugar free banana bread (stevia)

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

2Coat any nuts, in flour. Then, mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, stevia powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

3Beat bananas, almond milk, vegetable oil, and egg together, in a bowl using an electric mixer, until smooth. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; fold in nuts and flax. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

4Bake, until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour. Makes one loaf.
