Mom's Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake

This is a quick and easy way recipe if you have a bit of a sweet tooth for breakfast. I have made this recipe for my husband, Mark, since we were first married.

Ingredients

CAKE

2 c
original bisquick
2/3 c
whole milk
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 large
egg

STREUSEL TOPPING

2/3 c
original bisquick
2/3 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp
firm, unsalted butter

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease round pan, 9- by 1 1/2-inches.
2To make streusel topping, mix all topping ingredients, except the butter. Cut in butter using a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
3Stir cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.
4Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
