Ingredients

1-2 can(s)
buttermilk refrigerated biscuits
1 c
sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp
cinnamon
oil for frying

Step-By-Step

1In a saucepan or a deep skillet have oil about 3 inches deep and heat to 350 degrees, use a frying or a candy thermometer
2In each biscuit make a hole with your finger and stretch it out a bit but keeping a round shape
3Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl big enough to dip doughnuts in
4Fry 3 doughnuts at a time, flipping them over as they brown, when done drain slightly on paper towels
5While still hot dip and flip doughnut in cinnamon sugar mixture I use 2 cans of biscuits to make enough,they go quick
