Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, room temperature
1 1/3 c
granulated sugar
2 c
all purpose flour
2 large
eggs
1/4 c
sour cream
1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
almond extract
2 Tbsp
evaporated milk or regular milk
1 c
bananas, mashed & ripe
1 1/2 c
chopped pecans

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350. Spray two loaf pans and set aside. Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs and sour cream.

2Add flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Blend in bananas, milk, and almond extract. Stir in pecans, if desired. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until bread tests done in center. Enjoy!
