Ingredients

3 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
2 c
sugar
2 c
banana's, mashed
1/2 c
oil
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
3 large
eggs
8 oz
can crushed pineapple with juice
1 Tbsp
cinnamon/sugar for loaf pan see instructions

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture to dust in bottom and sides of loaf pans, then tap out and discard the rest of mixture.
2Mix flour, baking soda, and sugar until blended. Then add banana's, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple to dry ingredients and stir to blend.
3Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake 1 hour or until done in center and loaves look golden brown.
