Almond/raspberry/cranberry/white chocolate bread

My Mother-in-law loves Raspberry so I created this as one of the breads I am making for thanksgiving

Ingredients

MIX THE FOLLOWING TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL

1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
white sugar
1 stick
butter (1/2 cup)
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
pure almond extract
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
salt

THEN ADD

1/8 c
milk
2 1/4 c
flour

MIX WELL THEN ADD

1/2 c
slivered a;lmonds
1/2 c
crasins
1/2 c
vanilla or white chocolate chips

ADDITIONS FOR LATER

a few slivered almonds on top just before baking
3 tsp
raspberry jam to swirl into batter just before baking

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour 1 large or three small loaf pans.

Most the directions are already above. mix the first part, then the second part and fold in the third part. Put it all in a pan and smooth out. Drop the raspberry jam by 1/2 spoon full's and then swirl the raspberry into the batter but don't over swirl. Top with a few slivered almonds.

Bake 40-45 minutes until raised and lightly browned. Mine took 45 minutes.
