Ingredients

WET INGREDIENTS

1/4 c
butter, melted
1 c
milk
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla

DRY INGREDIENTS

1 c
oats
11/3 c
flour
1/2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/2 c
mini semi-sweet chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper liners in muffin tins.
2Whisk together wet ingredients, add oats. Let stand 10 minutes.
3Combine remaining dry ingredients. Stir wet into dry. Add chocolate chips.
4Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
