2 c
almond flour
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 c
arrow powder
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 c
grapeseed
1/2 c
agave nectar
1 large
egg
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
2 medium
apples peeled and diced

Directions Step-By-Step

preheat oven to 350 line muffin tins with paper liners. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

stir the wet ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in the chopped apples and walnuts if preferred.

spoon the muffin mix into the lined muffin tins. bake for 30-35 minutes until the tops are brown cool for 30 minutes.
