Very nice muffins with a high health factor. I haven't had these stick around long enough to worry about freezing any. Pretty much any firm fruit (raisins, cranberries, cherries, dried apricots, etc) or chopped nuts can be added as desired. Also, these are not sweet if you want a sweet muffin add more Splenda or sugar to taste.

Ingredients For 100% whole wheat muffins

2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 cpeanut butter

1/2 tspsalt

3 tspbaking powder

2beaten eggs

1 cregular or almond milk

3 Tbspbrown sugar or 1 1?2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar blend

2 Tbspmelted butter or margarine
How To Make 100% whole wheat muffins

1Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Stir together the dry ingredients.

3In a separate bowl, stir together the liquid ingredients.

4Combine both sets of ingredients, mixing only until the dry ingredients are moist. Bake in greased or papered muffin tins for 20 minutes.
