Soda water biscuits have a moist, yet more crumbly texture than regular biscuits. The butter on the bottom or top of the biscuits can be added more sparingly if you are worried about fat content/calories.. u can also pare down a bit on them by using low fat or fat free sour cream instead of regular. Enjoy!
Preheat over to 425 degrees and pour 1/2 of the melted butter into the bottom of a glass or metal baking pan
In large bowl, blend baking mix, sour cream and seltzer.
Shape into biscuit form and place into buttered baking pan. Brush remainder of melted butter over top of biscuits.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13-18 mins or until golden brown .. Enjoy!
