You will love these biscuits. They melt in your mouth and they are "sky high". Make sure your baking powder and cream of tartar are fresh. Use real butter and make sure your milk and butter are cold.

1Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt & cream of tartar. Cut in butter till coarse. Add egg and milk quickly; knead lightly on floured surface. Roll to 1-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter and bake on lightly greased baking sheet at 450F for 12-15 minutes.
