refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Put biscuit pieces into pan.
Mix remaining cinnamon/sugar with melted butter and pour over dough pieces.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove pan from oven and invert bread onto a plate. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
