Homemade Bisquick Mix
Could be handy, when I'm not liking ingredient list on the store-bought stuff.

- 3 Tbsp
- baking powder
- 1 Tbsp
- salt (i found this way too much)
- 1/2 c
- cold, unsalted butter
1Measure the sifted flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Use a wire whisk to blend thoroughly.
2Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter until thoroughly incorporated. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 months.

To make biscuits, add 2/3 c. Milk to 2 1/4 c. Mix. Bake at 450 degrees F, 8-10 min.
