- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 cup cooked ham, ground
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk
Makes 2-3 dozen.
