- 1/2 butter flavor shortening and unsalted butter
- 1 c
- 2 Tbsp
- sour cream
Cut butter and shortening combination into flour mixture, until coarse.
Mix buttermilk and sour cream together and add to coarse mixture keep dough moist, form dough into a ball. Knead dough about 6 times until elastic roll on lightly floured surface about a 1 inch thickness.
Bake at 425 for 20 minute or lightly brown.
Serve with Applebutter, jam, jelly or butter.
