Heat oven to 375* spray lightly a baking sheet with butter flavored PAM. In a mixing bowl combine Bisquick, water & grated cheddar, mix until dough is firm. On a well floured station roll out and cut the dough with the rim of a water glass, place evenly on your baking sheet and into the oven for 20-22 minutes until nicely golden.
While the Biscuits are baking combine in a small sauce pan your butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & parsley flakes melt over low heat, brush mixture liberally over your biscuits as soon as they are removed from the oven. Tell me how good your kitchen smells right now....mmmmmm
