Cheesy Garlic Loaf

We all love those little yummy biscuits we get at Red Lobster, right?!

So when I seen a recipe that was suppose to be similar but it was a loaf, I had to try it...

I took the recipe and added a couple changes and WOW this bread is amazing!!!

pinch tips: How to Grease a Pan





3 c
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
sea salt
1/8-1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp
fresh ground black pepper
6 oz
cheese, cheddar or the like, cut into 1/4" cubes
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/4 c
3/4 c
sour cream
4 Tbsp
butter, melted
1/2 tsp
granulater garlic or powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350. Grease or spray a 9x5 loaf pan, set aside.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic, salt, cayenne and black pepper in a large bowl. Add cheese and toss to coat each piece. Set aside.

In a medium bowl whisk together milk, sour cream, butter and egg.
Gently stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients...mixing gently until just mixed. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out with just a few crumbs.

Remove from oven, stir together melted basting butter and garlic, brush over top of loaf, cool in pan 5 minutes then remove to cooling rack...allow to cool at least 20 minute before serving. Enjoy! :o)
