Ingredients

  • 1 can grand size refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 16 slices bacon, cooked

How To Make bacon & egg breakfast biscuits

  • Step 1
    Bake biscuits as directed on package.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk & pepper with whisk until well blended. Cook in late nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese spread; cook 2 - 3 minutes or until cream cheese is melted & eggs are set, stirring occsionally.
  • Step 3
    Split warm biscuits; fill with egg mixture & 2 slices bacon per sandwich.
