Debbie's Notes:

I love apricots and am always looking for recipes that contain this delicious fruit.

This is a breakfast recipe my sister shared with me. It is delicious.

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
2
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except biscuits; mix well.
3
Separate dough into 10 biscuits each; cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in bowl with pecan mixture; toss gently to coat.
4
Spoon into bundt pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately invert onto a serving plate.

Do you do the apricot mixture between the layers or all on top?

You mix all ingredients except biscuits in a large bowl, then place the biscuit pieces into the mixture and gently toss it to coat the biscuits, then spoon the biscuits/mixture into the bundt pan. The apricots will be incorporated throughout, along with the rest of the ingredients.

Hope this helps.
