| 3/4 c | pecans, chopped |
| 2/3 c | brown sugar, firmly packed |
| 1/2 c | dried apricots, chopped |
| 1/2 c | butter, melted |
| 1/2 c | sour cream |
| 1 tsp | maple or vanilla extract |
| 2 can(s) | (12 oz ea) buttermilk flaky biscuits |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except biscuits; mix well.Separate dough into 10 biscuits each; cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in bowl with pecan mixture; toss gently to coat.Spoon into bundt pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately invert onto a serving plate.

You mix all ingredients except biscuits in a large bowl, then place the biscuit pieces into the mixture and gently toss it to coat the biscuits, then spoon the biscuits/mixture into the bundt pan. The apricots will be incorporated throughout, along with the rest of the ingredients.
