Back in the mid-90's, when Pampered Chef was hitting my area of the world, this was a popular party recipe. I was just starting to cook, myself, and it was so DELICIOUS. Could I possibly be able to make something this GOOD?!? I bought all the stuff necessary, nearly got killed by my husband, made this recipe, and we've never regretted!

Ingredients

20
refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1/4 c
butter
2
apples, peeled, cored, and thin-sliced
1/3 c
walnuts
1/4 c
raisins

Step-By-Step

1Pre-heat oven to 400* F. Spray a round deep dish baker with non-stick cooking spray.
2Separate the biscuits. Melt the butter in a shallow dish. Place the cinnamon and sugar in another shallow dish. Dip the biscuits into the butter then roll in cinnamon / sugar mix. Arrange 15 biscuits around the outer edge of the deep dish baker, overlapping as needed, and 5 biscuits in the middle, overlapping as needed.
3Place the apple slices in between the biscuits, around the outer edge of the dish, and wherever else there is room. Mix the remaining butter, cinnamon / sugar mix, nuts, and raisins. Pour over all. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve hot.
