Ingredients

3/4 C Olive oil
1/2 C Tarragon (or red ) wine vinegar
2 Tbs Honey
3 oz Roquefort cheese (softened to room temperature)
1 Clove garlic (peeled and crushed)
1/2 tsp Powdered mustard
1 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper

Step-By-Step

1Buzz all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed for 1 or 2 minutes, or until creamy. Pour into a jar, cover and chill until ready to use. Shake well, then use to dress crisp green salad. Dressing will keep well in refrigerator (about two weeks).
