1 1/2 C Stew Meat Mix*
16 oz Can sliced carrots (drained)
12 Pearl onions (or frozen small whole onions)
2 C Sliced fresh mushrooms
3 Tbs Quick cooking tapioca
2 Tbs Prepared mustard
2 tsp Instant beef bouillon granules
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/4 C Tomato juice
1 C Water

Directions Step-By-Step

Place Stew Meat Mix*, carrots, onions, and mushrooms in a 2 quart casserole. In a medium size bowl, combine tapioca, mustard, beef bouillon granules, sugar, and salt. Stir in tomato juice and water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake in a 350 F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through and slightly thickened.
