Yield:about 1 1/2 dozen 2 1/2" biscuits, or 2 1/2 dozen smaller biscuits
4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour or Perfect Pastry Blend
4 teaspoons Bakewell Cream*
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup (8 tablespoons) cold butter
1 1/2 cups cold milk
*NOT Bakewell Cream Baking Powder; just plain Bakewell Cream
