2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Salt And Pepper, to taste
16 ounces, weight Ziti Or Mostaciolli, Cooked Until Not Quite Al Dente
1 tub (15 Ounce) Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
1-1/2 pound Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 whole Egg
Fresh Minced Parsley

Very yummy, but I have never tried anything of Ree Drummond's that wasn't delicious! I used ground lean turkey instead of beef and that combined with the Italian sausage gave a good balance of fat. But be warned... this made a HUGE pan level full!
