1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts

1 8-ounce package of cream cheese

½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. green onion

handful of shredded or grated cheese
•
black pepper to taste
•
1 4oz can of chopped water chestnut.
