These 6 recipes are from my Grand Mothers Great Grand Dad. He made these recipes as a 6 course meal for home or a big get together. His legacy lives on way to go Jasper ( BIG DAD) Adams. I have been told that I get my cooking talent from him.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
green chilies chopped
2 can(s)
tomatoes diced
1 can(s)
rotel medium or hot
2 small
cans olives chopped

green onions chopped ( tops also )

DRESSING:

3 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1/4 tsp
pepper or to taste
1 1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 c
homemade picante sauce
1 can(s)
black eyeds peas your choice of size

TEXAS CAVIAR: Combine all above ingredients.

DRESSING: Blend all together, chill well.

Let set overnight for better taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
