Ingredients

**roma tomatoes
**sweet & hot pickled jalapenos
**red onion
**fresh chopped cilantro
**crumbled crisp bacon, reduce sodium
**chopped pecans
**queso fresco cheese

Step-By-Step

1I chopped my tomatoes into large bite size pieces, then diced some red onion and placed both in a bowl with some pickled jalapeno slices and a little juice. I use Uncle Gary's Candied Jalapenos, they are sweet and hot and delicious.

2After about 20 min I drained the juice and added crumbled bacon, chopped pecans, chopped cilantro and queso fresco cheese.
