1Put sliced squash in pan with enough water to cover. Add chopped onion, cook until tender, drain.
2Brown sausage and drain. Add mushroom soup and velveeta.
3Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
4Serve with crackers or chips.

I agree, the best recipes are from those church cookbooks! I'm so happy to see this recipe, since I still have an abbundance of squash and have run out of things to do with them! Looks like I will be trying this one this weekend :)
