Ingredients

10-14 oz
frozen peas, cooked, still slightly firm, cool
1/2 pt
sour cream
1 can(s)
(small) spanish peanuts (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups)
1/2 tsp
garlic salt or more to taste
1/2 tsp
horseradish or more to taste
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp
mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
2Very similar to recipe served in well known retaurant in Battle Creek, Michigan.
