We have a Halloween potluck on our street and this is a naturally sweet treat to go with the chili, chips, cornbread, and other delicious items. Always a hit when I take it to Bunco or other potlucks.

1) CANpumpkin puree

1) 8 OZ ozcream cheese, low fat or nuefachel

1) pkgvanilla instant pudding

1) ccold milk lower calorie
-
3 Tbspallspice
-
1/3 cmaple syrup
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
graham crackers
-
celery
-
biscotti
-
pecans or other nuts
How To Make low calorie pumpkin dip gluten free

1SOFTEN the cream cheese in a bowl, add apices and syrup, beat with a mixer til smooth

2Add pumpkin puree and beat.

3Add instant pudding and milk (your choice) to a mason jar and shake until well blended. Let sit for 5 minutes in the fridge

4Pour or spoon the pudding into the pumpkin mixture. Blend it in well.

5Place in a serving bowl and chill. Serve with your choice of graham crackers, biscotti, celery or other ideas you come up with.
