- whole dill pickles - not the spears and not the baby dills
- 2 pkg
- 8 oz each cream cheese-at room temp
- 4 pkg
- buddig dried beef - it is important to use the buddig brand!!
1Drain juice off of pickles and place them on paper towls. Blot pickles with the paper towels to dry them.
2Spread cream cheese around each pickle. Then wrap with the Buddig Brand Dried Beef. Place in fridge to chill at least 1 hour. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and enjoy!
3*NOTE* It is VERY important to use the Buddig Brand Dried Beef!! Also, the pickles are an estimate. You may have some pickles left over, or cream cheese/dried beef left over. It just depends on the size of the pickles.
