Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip

- artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/2 c
- 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt
- 3/4 c
- parmesan cheese
1Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts.
2Mix all ingredients together in a shallow dish. I usually use an 8x8 glass or ceramic baking dish.
3Note: Try to use a quality parmesan cheese or pecorino romano to get that good salty flavor.
4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
5Serve with your favorite crackers.
