We all love Buffalo chicken dip! This is a lighter healthier version using beans.

Ingredients

1 stalk(s)
celery chopped
2-3 Tbsp
chopped red onion
1/2 c
franks hot sauce (or more ;))
1 Tbsp
blue cheese or ranch dressing
2 c
favorite white beans
assorted fresh veggies

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first five ingredients in processor or blender. Blend till desired consistency.
Top with crumbles of blue cheese.

Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
