GRACE'S DEEP FRIED PICKLES
- 1 large jar of dill pickles . lay out on doubled papertowel. to absorb liquid.
- bowl of milk, bowl of flour and bowl of seasoned yellow cornmeal
- 1 teasp paprika, 1 teasp cyenne, 1 teasp cajun. 1 teasp chives for color.
- deep fryer with hot oil. oil is ready when sprinkles of water dance on top hot oil
