French Fried Cauliflower

- head of cauliflower or a lrg.frozen bag ,thawed and drained
- egg yolks
- 1/2 c
- whole milk
- 1/2 tsp
- 3/4 c
- vegetable shortening or oil
1Cook Cauliflower in two cups of boiling water for 8-10 minutes;drain.
Beat egg yolks until light. Add milk,salt,flour, beating until smooth.
Heat shortening or oil,3-4 inches deep, to 375*
Dip each section of cauliflower into batter, then fry a few at a time until golden brown....
