1 pkglight cream cheese, softened

1 c(4 ounces) shredded low fat cheddar cheese

1 tspinstant minced onion

1 cfinely chopped broccoli

How To Make crunchy vegetable cheese ball

1Press carrots between paper towels to remove excess moiosture; set aside.

2In a large bowl, blend cheeses and onion. Stir in carrots and broccoli; combine thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least two hours.

3Shape mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap Chill until ball holds it's shape. Remove wrap and serve with assorted crackers
