I originally tasted this recipe at a family member's home at Christmas time. I loved it so much, I begged her for it. I've only tweaked it a little bit. I've made it for parties and potlucks, and it's always been popular.

Ingredients

1 c
sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
3/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 can(s)
artichoke hearts in water, drained
2-3 clove
garlic

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese and grated parmesan until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
2Cut up the artichoke hearts into bite size pieces and add to the bowl. Using either a garlic press or a fine grater, add the garlic to the bowl. Fold to combine.
3Put dip into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees, until warm and bubbly, and slightly browned in spots, about 20 minutes or so.
4Serve warm or at room temperature with French bread or tortilla chips.
